which poses are considered beginner’s poses?
A beginner’s yoga pose can be made to be as difficult or as simplistic as necessary.
You can easily increase the level of difficulty to a yoga pose or asana by creating more intensity as well as the creation of more time in pose.
If you raise the level of intensity and change a basic pose such as frog by jumping up higher and faster to create an increase in heart rate. If you increase your hold time in a pose such as warrior 1 you can change this pose from a beginner’s to an intermediate pose.
Feel free to to hold your poses take deep breaths, don’t hold your breath and enjoy your pose.
Everyone enjoys a different level so enjoy your practice, try not to work outside your comfort level. Yoga should make you feel slightly uncomfortable but not painful. Remember safety first in yoga.
